Safety
ABS with EBD
In emergency braking or on slippery surfaces, the anti-lock brake system (ABS) keeps tyres from locking, and enhances the driver’s ability to avoid obstacles through steering. Furthermore, the electronic brake-force distribution (EBD) optimally distributes front and rear braking force to help stably stop the vehicle
ESP®
ESP® detects wheel slip, for instance when you turn the steering wheel sharply and/or the road is slippery, it automatically affects control over the engine torque and brakes to suppress the wheel slip helping you stay in directional control
Rear parking sensors
The Alto comes with ultrasonic sensors in the rear
bumper which helps detect obstacles while you
park the car. Warning sounds keep you aware of
the distance to the obstacle, making parking a
simple task
